After years of experience working in the Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham, Paul founded IDX in 1998. Since then we have forged a fantastic relationship with truly exceptional saddle makers. We recognise how important it is to have quality branding to accompany quality saddles. Therefore, we have worked closely with the saddle makers to innovate branding products of unmatched beauty and durability. We have two workshops based in Walsall, where our close knit team of technicians individually handcraft your products.
We proudly offer a service that will put a smile on your face from start to finish. We understand the only way to achieve the perfect product is to have the perfect design. We offer a free design service to allow you to see your product without making any financial commitments. Once you have approved the design, our team will work hard to make stunning products that will carry your brand for many years.
